Underfloor heating

Water underfloor heating is suitable under all types of floor coverings as long as manufacturer guidelines are followed. It is usually laid in to newly laid screeds such as new builds or extensions but can be added to the top of existing subfloors. 

Water underfloor heating can be installed in larger areas than an electric heat mat, allowing multiple rooms to be  controlled from one manifold.

Electric underfloor heating is available in either a heat mat or as a loose wire clipped in to a backer board. It is suitable for ceramics, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered woods, laminates and under carpets.

Mats come in a variety of sizes and watt power making most rooms suitable for installations.

Thermostats range from a simple turn dial to a touch screen that can be linked to your phone or tablet via an app.

Each room with an electric underfloor heat mat should be independently controlled via their own thermostat.

All our electrical underfloor heating mats are connected to the main fuse board or electrical supply by a qualified NICEIC electrician who will issue a works certificate to you.

All underfloor heating has different installation guidelines depending on which product is to be installed over the top, all guidelines will be detailed in each quotation of works.

All our underfloor heating comes with a full manufacturers warranty along with our 12 month installation warranty.
